Welcome to Lead Construction. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the procurement of our services, including civil engineering, architectural design, DTCP or other Local Authority facilitation & other department NOC's, estimation, and digital land surveys. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
- Lead Construction provides civil engineering consultancy, blueprint planning, structural design, estimation, building valuation, and governmental/municipal approvals services.
- Any modifications to the project scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
2. Client Obligations and Information Accuracy
- The client must provide accurate property documents, clear land titles, boundaries, and initial requirements.
- Lead Construction is not liable for project delays or approval rejections arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or forged data provided by the client.
3. Approvals and Regulatory Compliances
- While we utilize our engineering expertise to draft plans that strictly comply with DTCP or any other local building regulations and bylaws, the final authority for any kind of approval approval rests with municipal or government bodies.
- Lead Construction cannot guarantee absolute approval by government bodies, as regulatory frameworks are subject to statutory changes.
4. Fees and Payment Structure
- Payments must be made according to the milestone schedule detailed in your specific project quotation (e.g., initial advance, blueprint completion, final submission).
- All DTCP / Local Authority / other dept. NOC application fees required for approvals are to be borne entirely by the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All blueprints, architectural layouts, 3D renders, and digital survey data generated by Lead Construction remain our intellectual property until the final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use these designs solely for the designated site location.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lead Construction is not liable for structural failures, delays, or cost overruns caused by third-party execution contractors, unpredictable site/soil behavior, or natural disasters (Force Majeure).
